Leadership

Pastor Trey is a graduate of Duke Divinity School (M.Div. 2013) and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry in Semiotics, Church, and Culture at George Fox Seminary. A native of the Prospect community, he is deeply committed to serving his home church with passion and purpose. He and his wife Jessica are proud parents to Wesley and Iyla. Pastor Trey loves preaching, teaching, and helping others grow in their faith through the transforming power of God's Word. 

Pastor Ray serves as our Visitation Pastor with a compassionate heart and a gentle spirit. He has a deep love for connecting with others, offering prayer, comfort, and encouragement to those in need. Whether in hospitals, homes, or care facilities, Pastor Ray brings the presence of Christ through every visit. 

Shane serves as the Office Manager at Prospect Community Church. A U.S. Navy veteran, he supported Navy Chaplains for 8 years as a Religious Programs Specialist. Following his military service, Shane studied Accounting and Business Management at Wake Tech and NC State. He is passionate about technology, music, and spending time with his family. Shane is married to Joanne Oxendine, our Facilities Manager, and together they have 8 children and 4 grandchildren.

Joanne serves as the Facilities Manager at Prospect Community Church, ensuring that our buildings and grounds are well cared for and ready for worship, ministry, and community gatherings. With a heart for service and attention to detail, Joanne helps create a welcoming and safe environment for all who walk through our doors.

Kent leads worship and directs the choir at Prospect Community Church with a heart for praise and a gift for music. His passion is to create meaningful worship experiences that draw the congregation into the presence of God. Whether leading traditional hymns or contemporary songs, Kent faithfully uses his talents to glorify God and uplift the church.
